The City Airport Train takes 16 minutes to Wien Mitte. From there, a taxi to our door takes about 5 minutes.

A space in the building garage is reserved for you. The entrance is on the side street.

Heating and cooling
One thermostat in the hallway controls the whole apartment; we suggest 21°C in winter. The floor heating takes about an hour to respond, so change it a little at a time.
Coffee
Beans from a small Viennese roaster are in the jar beside the espresso machine.
Enjoy your first cup.
Lights and blinds
The panel by the door has four scenes: Morning, Day, Evening and Night. The blinds close with the button beside each window.
Rubbish
Paper, plastic and glass go to the coloured bins in the courtyard, everything else into the kitchen bin.

For your pet
Your four-legged companion is as welcome here as you are.
In the house
A water bowl, a soft blanket and a towel for rainy paws wait in the hallway cabinet.
A few requests
Sofas and beds. The blanket is theirs. The sofa and the beds we keep for two-legged guests.
Time alone. Please do not leave your companion alone for long. The building is quiet, and a worried bark carries.
Gentle Reminders
A few small things that keep the house and the neighbours happy.
- Quiet hoursFrom 22:00 the building rests. Vienna takes its quiet seriously, and so do our neighbours.
- ShoesThe oak floors are happiest without street shoes. Slippers wait in the hallway cabinet.
- SmokingSmoking is welcome on the balcony, never indoors. The ashtray is in the balcony box.

Your Departure
We hope your stay was everything you wished for. Here is all you need for an easy, unhurried goodbye.
There is no need to tidy. We will take care of everything. Simply check out by 11:00. Leave the keys on the kitchen island and pull the door closed behind you.
